Aaron Aldana, the builder behind Creai, Arbi and Activate

The short version

A website builder, a store that runs itself, a trading desk, a credit platform and a video studio — all live, all from the company he founded and leads.

Six live products from one founder.

Most founders ship one product and spend years explaining it. Aaron Aldana runs several at once, and they are live: a website and app builder, a store that runs itself, a trading desk, a credit platform and a video studio. All of them come out of Activate LLC, the company he founded and leads as CEO, and all of them are written in large part by him.

Why it matters

AI has made it cheap to announce a product and expensive to keep one running. The interesting builders now are the ones who keep shipping after launch week. Aldana's portfolio is a working example: each product feeds the others, and the same engineer is in the code of all of them.

What he has built

  • Creai builds a website, a working web app or a browser game from a conversation, publishes it on your own domain and helps market it. This month it added Creai Code, a command line for developers, plus chat history and public profiles.
  • Creai Studio is home to Infinity Maxx: you film yourself once on your phone and Maxx changes the setting, the light and the scene to deliver the ad.
  • Arbi is a commerce engine. It picks products people already buy, builds the product pages, makes the video ads, takes the order and has the supplier ship it. It runs its own store in public and publishes the live order count.
  • Activate is the trading desk he has worked on longest. It is built to trade on its own, to learn from the trader's own mistakes, to place complex multi-leg orders in one move, and to show the price of being wrong, in dollars, before a trade is placed.
  • OrcaCredit is a credit platform, now focused on credit insights for businesses.
  • Agent Setup is a fixed-price service: an open-source AI agent installed on a company's own server and wired to its tools within 24 hours.

How he works

The products share a few habits. Nothing spends money or publishes without a person's yes. The numbers are shown even when they are small: Arbi's store went live with its order count at zero and published it anyway. And the tools are built to be handed to AI assistants: every site Creai publishes gets its own connector, so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can answer questions about the business it belongs to.

He also builds in the open-source world where it makes sense. The assistant on his own site, Brenna, now speaks with an open-source voice model running on his own server rather than a paid voice service.

Where to follow along

His portfolio, with every product and a way to reach him, is at aaronaldana.com. Activate Global Media will keep reporting on what ships, with the numbers, in our Aaron Aldana coverage.

Creai Code puts Creai in the terminal

Open a folder, type creai and say what to build. Files land in your folder, edits sync both ways, and the commands are the ones developers already know.
